    Step 4: Create a new virtual machine in the Hyper-V Manager. You are now ready to create a new Hyper-V virtual machine using the VHD image created earlier in Step 1. Open the Hyper-V Manager; In the Action menu, select New > Virtual Machine to launch the New Virtual Machine Wizard; On the Before You Begin screen press Next. In my case I am running VMWare workstation V on Windows server R2. I had to remove my server from domain and VMware started giving "Internal Error" while starting guest machines. I have tried couple of work-a-rounds. finally Re-installing VMWare with repair option resolved the issue.
