I have read the article on converting Word documents to PDF. This sounds simple except that mine does not work this way. When I click on this choice, I am taken to Word Help. In addition to lots of other details, there is a link there to Microsoft and supposedly a link to the add-ins that are needed.
But the link doesn't work, so I'm not taken to Microsoft and the so called solution to my issue. Any ideas, why my Word does not seem to follow the usual path and where I can find this supposed add-in, so I can convert my document to PDF? In any case it would be a good plan to update to SP3 spec - and that link does work.
I updated my own copy when I took the opportunity to re-install all my software following a recent hard drive replacement - and yes SaveAs PDF is an option. Note that the download link also includes an option to set MSN as your default web page and adopt Bing as the default search engine which is checked by default.
You will probably want to uncheck this option before downloading. When you do uncheck, the download button confusingly changes its convert word to pdf using microsoft office 2007 free download to 'No thanks and continue'.
Click convert word to pdf using microsoft office 2007 free download anyway. Was this reply helpful?
