Jun 10,  · Hello all. I am looking for a stand alone download of XPS Viewer to install in a Win 10 build It is on every single machine except one. When trying to add it through manage apps, it just spins. When adding through DISM, it fails because WSUS is active. I have read every post here and online for this issue.
