I verified that Windows Deployment Service was running fine on the distribution point. Many of you might look to remove and reinstall the PXE. Note that removing and reinstalling PXE may not fix this issue all the time. Your PC needs to be repaired. If any of these content is not available with the distribution point then you may face the issues during the operating system deployment.
You should distribute both the boot images to the distribution point servers even though you are using x64 boot image only. From experience I can tell that there are not enough folders. Look at the second image on the right , when you compare both the images you see that there are many folders missing in the first image. This suggests a break in network communication during the DP installation. This is not guaranteed to work, but is something you can quickly try.
And the second one, uninstall the DP role and reinstall the DP role back. This will bring back the folders that were missing in RemoteInstall folder. If the above steps did not help you in fixing your issue and if some thing else was the resolution, please post it in the comments section.

DHCP 67 option should redirect to smsbootx64wdsmgfw. There are many guides out there redirecting you to the boot folder instead of the SMS. WDK is updated to Distributed both 32 and 64 bit boot image successfully to DP 4.
Created new Boot wim and redistributed 6. Tried PXE with multiple devices Kindly advice. Regards Ram. Thursday, June 11, AM. Hi Ram, Thanks for posting in TechNet.
May we know what version of Configuration Manager you are using? Please also add Network Driver to the Boot images and redistribute the updated boot images to have a try.
Notice that, in certain instances, configuring DHCP options 60, 66, and 67 may make it appear that the PXE boot process is proceeding further along than it did before these options were configured. However, in most cases, the process is actually proceeding along an incorrect path. This is usually the case in most environments.
